Born in San Francisco and raised in the South Bay, Dan initially pursued a degree in computer engineering at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, before realizing he was more drawn to working with people than code. He spent over a decade as a district sales manager across the western U.S. and Canada, honing his expertise in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. In 2018, he made the leap into real estate, where he combines these skills with his passion for helping clients make confident, informed decisions about their homes and investments.
As a real estate investor himself, Dan owns multiple investment properties and understands firsthand how real estate can be a powerful tool for building wealth. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with first-time and aspiring investors, offering guidance on strategies, property analysis, and long-term financial growth. Dan takes pride in helping his clients make smart, informed choices that align with their goals.
Now based in Santa Clara, Dan’s biggest motivation is his family. As a father, he understands the significance of homeownership as a foundation for financial security and lasting memories. When he's not working with clients, he enjoys playing with his kids, rock climbing, woodworking, camping, and his newest hobby—horticulture.
